First Remix for the new Saroos record comes from Rafael Anton Irisarri (producing under his moniker 'The Sight Below' here). Irisarri cuts out the original's turn to a full-band-arranged track. Instead, he embeds the backward-sampled guitar sounds of 'Seadance' in a more abstract setting of what you could call Ambient-Techno. Foggy tones and ultra-deep bass movements bring to mind the electronic works of Pan American or even the sound-cosmos of the Chain Reaction label.
